We want you happy with your K9OPRTV gear. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it.
How to start a return or exchange
Email k9oprtvofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’re sending back
- whether you want a refund or an exchange (and the new size or color)
We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don’t send items back before we confirm.
What we accept
- Apparel: unworn, unwashed, with the original tags on.
- Stickers and patches: unopened, in their original packaging.
- Flags and other gear: unused, in their original packaging.
- Sale items: same policy as full-price items. There’s no “final sale”.
Items that don’t meet these conditions can’t be returned.
Exchanges
Our tees are true to size and come in S–2XL. Check the size guide on each product page before you order.
- You can exchange for a different size or color, subject to stock.
- If the new item costs more, we’ll ask you to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
- If what you want is out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.
Return shipping
- You pay return shipping on returns and exchanges.
- We cover it if we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
- We recommend a tracked shipping service. We can’t be responsible for returns lost on the way back to us.
- We don’t charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
- We issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post the refund.
- Original shipping charges aren’t refundable unless the mistake was ours.
- We never deduct anything from your refund because your order qualified for free shipping.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer (replacement subject to stock), and we cover the shipping.
Digital downloads
Training videos and printables are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you haven’t accessed or downloaded your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
