Effective date: October 17, 2026
K9OPRTV is a lifestyle brand for people who love dogs. The website k9oprtv.com is run by GJ Prz Legacy Group LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as K9OPRTV (“K9OPRTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit k9oprtv.com, shop with us, sign up for emails, download a free training guide, or join the K9OPRTV OS app waitlist. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
If you have questions, email us at support@k9oprtv.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders. When you buy something, we collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number (if you give it), what you ordered, and order notes.
- Account. If you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and password. WordPress stores your password in encrypted (hashed) form, so we can’t see it. Your account holds your order history, saved addresses, and digital downloads.
- Join the Pack email signup. You give us your email address and, if you choose, your first name. In return, we create a one-time 10% off code (it looks like PACK-XXXXXXXX), show it on screen, and email it to you. We keep a record of the code we gave you and when it expires.
- Free training guide downloads. You give us your email address and, if you choose, your first name. We email you the download link and keep a record of which guides you asked for and when.
- K9OPRTV OS app waitlist. You give us your name, email address, and business name, and you can tell us your role (for example, trainer or groomer). We use this to tell you about the app launch.
- Product reviews. If you leave a review, we collect your star rating, your review, your name, and your email address. Your name, rating, and review are shown publicly on the product page. Your email address is never shown. Like any WordPress site, ours also records the IP address and browser type you post from, to help catch spam.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply.
For every signup form, we also save the page you signed up from, and any interests you picked in our site quiz.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe through a secure payment form. We never see or store your full card number. We only receive limited details from Stripe, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment went through.
At checkout you may also be able to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link (by Stripe), Klarna, or Amazon Pay. If you use one of these, that company also handles your information under its own privacy policy:
- Stripe and Link: https://stripe.com/privacy
- Klarna: https://www.klarna.com/us/privacy/
- Amazon Pay: Amazon’s Privacy Notice on amazon.com
- Apple Pay: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Google Pay: https://payments.google.com/payments/apis-secure/get_legal_document?ldo=0&ldt=privacynotice
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our web host’s servers record things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site.
- How you found us. WooCommerce (our store software) notes where a visit came from, such as a link, a search engine, or a campaign tag in the web address, and the type of device you use. If you place an order, this “order attribution” information is saved with your order so we can see which channels bring in sales. It stays on our site and isn’t sent to an ad network.
- Fraud prevention. Stripe’s payment code runs on our site and collects device and browsing information to help detect and prevent fraud.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to make the store work. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on k9oprtv.com. That means no Google Analytics, no Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and no TikTok Pixel.
Here’s what we do use:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
WooCommerce cart and session cookies (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*) |
To remember what’s in your cart and keep checkout working |
WordPress login cookies (for example wordpress_logged_in_*) |
To keep you signed in to your account |
WooCommerce order attribution cookies (sbjs_*) |
To note how you arrived at the site, as described above. These expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. |
| Stripe cookies | To process payments securely and prevent fraud |
Review form cookies (comment_author_*), set only if you tick “Save my name, email, and website in this browser” |
To fill in your name and email the next time you leave a review |
K9OPRTV pop-up and quiz preferences (k9sf_pack_joined, k9sf_pack_dismissed, k9sf_tags, which are stored as cookies and in your browser’s local storage) |
To avoid showing you the Join the Pack pop-up again after you join or close it, and to remember the quiz answers you pick |
Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when the fonts load. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the cart and checkout may not work.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Process, ship, and support your orders, including returns and refunds
- Run your account and give you access to digital downloads
- Send you the free training guides you ask for
- Send your Join the Pack discount code, and marketing emails if you signed up for them
- Tell waitlist members about the K9OPRTV OS app launch
- Answer your questions
- Post your product reviews
- Understand which pages and channels bring people to our store
- Prevent fraud, spam, and abuse (for example, limiting repeat form submissions)
- Keep tax, accounting, and other records the law requires
When someone signs up for Join the Pack, requests a guide, or joins the app waitlist, our team gets an email notification with the details they submitted.
4. Marketing emails and unsubscribing
We only send marketing emails to people who signed up for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Our emails also support the one-click unsubscribe button that Gmail, Yahoo, and other email apps show next to the sender’s name.
When you unsubscribe:
- You stop getting marketing emails from Join the Pack and our free guide list.
- We keep a note that you unsubscribed so we don’t email you again by mistake.
- If you ask for another free guide later, we’ll still email you that guide’s download link, because you asked for it.
- Unsubscribing from marketing emails doesn’t remove you from the K9OPRTV OS app waitlist. To leave the waitlist, email support@k9oprtv.com.
You’ll still get order emails, like receipts and shipping updates, because they’re needed to complete your purchase.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across other sites). We don’t run ad pixels on our site.
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work:
- Hostinger: hosts our website and its data, and sends the emails our website sends you (order emails, discount codes, guide links)
- WordPress and WooCommerce: the software that runs our site and store (on our own hosting)
- Stripe: payment processing, fraud prevention, and Link
- Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay: only if you choose to pay with one of them
- Shipping carriers and label services (such as USPS): to deliver your order. They get your name, shipping address, and the details needed for delivery and tracking
- Google: web fonts, and our team’s Gmail account, where we receive signup notifications and the messages you send to support@k9oprtv.com
We may also share information:
- If the law requires it, or to respond to a valid legal request
- To protect our rights, our customers, or others from fraud or harm
- If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized. Your information would stay protected by this policy or one just as protective
6. How long we keep information
- Orders: We keep order and payment records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and returns, generally up to 7 years.
- Accounts: We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. Order records we’re required to keep stay on file.
- Email lists and free guide requests: We keep these until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address and the date you unsubscribed so we don’t email you by mistake.
- App waitlist: We keep this until the app launches and we’ve contacted you about it, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
- Reviews: We keep these while they’re posted on our site. Email us to have your review taken down.
- Messages: We keep these as long as needed to help you and keep a record of our conversation.
7. How we protect information
Our whole site uses HTTPS encryption. Card payments go straight to Stripe, so your card number never touches our servers. Passwords are stored in hashed form. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to run the business.
No website or method of storing data is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee perfect security. If we learn of a data breach that affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
Everyone can email us at support@k9oprtv.com to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it (except records the law requires us to keep, like order records for taxes)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails, or leave the app waitlist
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give you these rights:
- Right to know. You can ask what personal information we collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to, and you can ask for a copy.
- Right to delete. You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You can ask us to fix information that’s wrong.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there’s nothing you need to opt out of. If that ever changes, we’ll update this policy first and add a way to opt out. We’ll also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out request.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. The only sensitive information we collect is your account login, and we use it only to run your account.
- Right to non-discrimination. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Categories we collect (from the last 12 months):
- Identifiers: name, email, mailing address, phone, IP address, account username
- Customer records: billing and shipping details, and limited payment details (card brand and last four digits)
- Commercial information: orders, downloads, discount codes, product reviews
- Internet activity: pages you signed up from, how you arrived at the site, and quiz answers
- Professional information: business name and role (app waitlist only)
- Sensitive information: account login and password
We collect this information from you, from your browser or device, and from our payment processors. We use it for the purposes in Section 3 and disclose it only to the service providers in Section 5.
How to make a request: Email support@k9oprtv.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” To protect you, we’ll check that the request comes from you, usually by confirming it from the email address we have on file. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you, and we may ask for proof that they’re allowed to act on your behalf. We’ll reply within 45 days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know.
9. Children’s privacy
Our site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. Our Little Pack collection is clothing for kids, but it’s meant to be bought by adults. If you think a child under 13 has given us personal information, email support@k9oprtv.com and we’ll delete it.
10. Other websites
Our site links to other sites, like our Instagram page. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
The K9OPRTV OS app will have its own privacy policy. This policy only covers the waitlist signup on our website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If we make a big change, like starting to use ad pixels, we’ll post a clear notice on the site.
